Wrapped mozzarella

Method

Scatter the freshly ground black pepper and shredded basil leaves on the mozzarella ball.

Wrap the seasoned ball in the prosciutto slices.

Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the wrapped mozzarella for a few minutes, until the prosciutto is crisp and golden.

Serve.
