  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend.

  2. To serve, pour into a glass filled with ice cubes and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.


  • 200ml/7oz passata
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

To serve

  • handful ice cubes
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
