Vegetable stir-fry

Method


  1. Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onion, ginger and garlic for 3-4 minutes, or until softened. Stir in the peppers and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, then add the choi sum, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, or until the choi sum is wilted.

  2. Spoon the stir-fry into a bowl and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh root ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • ½ red pepper, cut into strips
  • ½ yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 leaf choi sum, shredded
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
