Method

Place the oats, all the seeds, salt and chilli flakes into a saucepan over a high heat and 'toast' for five minutes. Shake the pan regularly to ensure even cooking.

Add the oil and chopped mint, heat and stir for a further minute.

Serve warm in a bowl.
Ingredients
- 100g/3½oz oats, toasted
- 55g/2oz pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 55g/2oz sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
To serve
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
