Place the steak, garlic, chilli, sesame oil, coriander and egg into a food processor. Blend to combine the ingredients.Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Transfer into a bowl and stir through the green beans. Lightly flour your hands and form the meat mixture into four patties.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over a medium-high heat. Place the beef patties into the frying pan and fry for about three minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
To serve, place the patties on a bed of fresh coriander leaves and sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds.
