Tea-infused prunes

Method

Place the teabags and whisky into a bowl with the boiling water and infuse for one minute.

Add the prunes and leave to soak for five minutes.

Remove the teabags and pour the prunes and liquid into a tall dessert glass.

Pour over the melted chocolate, then add the whipped cream to fill the glass.

Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
Ingredients
- 100ml/3½fl oz boiling water
- 2 English Breakfast teabags
- 50ml/2fl oz whisky
- 150g/5½oz dried prunes, stones removed
- 50g/1¾oz chocolate, melted
- 100ml/3½fl oz double cream, whipped
- mint sprig, to garnish
