Place the salmon, coriander and chives into a bowl and mix together gently.
Heat the oil in a small pan and when hot add the salmon and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through and golden on all sides.
For the Savoy cabbage salad, place the sesame seeds, garlic, water and lemon juice into a food processor and blend to a smooth dressing.
Place the shredded Savoy cabbage into a large bowl and add the dressing, tossing well to coat.
To serve, place the cabbage salad into the centre of a plate and top with the salmon pieces.
