Method

Place the garlic cloves, olives, olive oil and parsley in a mini food processor and blend until smooth.

Heat a grill pan until hot and chargrill the ciabatta slices on both sides.

Transfer tapenade to a serving bowl and serve with the chargrilled ciabatta slices.
Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 85g/3oz olives, pits removed, chopped
- 4-6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ciabatta, sliced, to serve
