Place the ingredients into a food processor and blend together to form a coarse paste.

Spread the tapenade onto toasted ciabatta bread and serve.

- 3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 1 large handful black olives, pitted
- handful fresh flatleaf parsley leaves
- 1 lemon, zest only
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- toasted ciabatta, to serve
