Heat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.

Place the tamarillo in a roasting dish and sprinkle with sugar and red wine. Roast for 15 minutes until soft and syrupy.

To serve, spoon into a bowl and serve with Greek yoghurt.

- 1 tamarillo, halved
- 25g/1oz caster sugar
- 50ml/2fl oz red wine
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt, to serve
