Method

Place all of the ingredients, except the icing sugar, into a bowl and mix together well.
Place a 3in/7Â½cm chefs' ring onto a serving plate and spoon in the mixture.
To serve, remove the ring and sprinkle over the icing sugar.

100ml/Â½fl oz double cream, whipped until soft peaks appear when the whisk is removed
100gl/3Â½oz cream cheese
1 tbsp icing sugar
50g/1Â¾oz strawberries, cleaned, stalk removed, chopped
25g/1oz dark chocolate, melted
