Steamed sea bass with ginger, sesame oil and chives

Place the fish onto a small oiled plate, then place inside a bamboo steamer.

Drizzle over the soy sauce and sesame oil, scatter over the ginger and pepper and steam for 6-8 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through. Serve immediately.

- 1 tsp sesame oil, plus extra for oiling
- 1 sea bass fillet
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chopped fresh root ginger
- ½ red pepper, sliced into fine strips
