Broccoli with chilli and garlic oil

Method

Place the broccoli florets into a pan of boiling salted water and boil for four minutes. Drain well.

Heat the olive oil in a wok, add the chilli and garlic and stir fry for one minute. Add the broccoli and stir.

Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then spoon into a serving dish. Serve immediately.
