Spring onion chilli prawns

Method


  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat and add the spring onion, garlic and chilli and cook for one minute.

  2. Add prawns and heat through.

  3. Transfer the prawns, spring onion, garlic and chilli onto a serving dish, scatter over the coriander leaves and drizzle with the lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 20g/¾oz butter
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ red chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 4 king prawns,cooked and peeled, tails left on
  • small handful coriander leaves ½ lime, juice only
