Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and then spoon into a chefs' ring on a serving plate. Carefully remove the chefs' ring and serve.
Ingredients
- large handful fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 85g/3oz paneer cheese, cut into cubes
- ½ lemon, juice only
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
