Method

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the potatoes, vinegar and paprika and cook until golden.

Finish by adding the tomato ketchup, tomato purée and honey. Cook for three more minutes.

Transfer to a plate and serve.

- 100g/3½oz new potatoes, cooked and cut into quarters
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- ½ tsp tomato purée
- 1 tbsp honey
