Method

Mix the lemon curd and crushed lavender leaves together in a mixing bowl and spoon into two small glass bowls.

Sprinkle the blueberries over the mixture and drizzle over the double cream.

To serve, arrange the shortbread around the edge of the glass bowl.

- 6 tbsp lemon curd
- small handful dried lavender leaves, crushed
- 85g/3oz fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp double cream
- 6 shortbread biscuits
