Sautéed new potatoes with oregano

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the sliced new potatoes and butter and fry the potatoes until golden-brown all over.

Sprinkle the potatoes with fresh oregano and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Serve in a bowl.
