Rum and ginger

Method


  1. Pour the rum over ice in a highball glass.

  2. Top with the ginger ale.

  3. Twist the lime and add to the glass before serving.

  • 50ml/1¾fl oz dark rum
  • ice
  • 100ml/3½fl oz Jamaican old-fashioned ginger ale
  • ¼ lime
