Fold the melted chocolate into the cream and spoon half of the mixture over the panettone cubes in the glass.
Top the panettone and cream layers with a layer of half of the clementine segments.
Repeat the layering process to fill the glass.
Finish with two Clementine segments and a drizzle of melted chocolate to serve.
