Preheat the oven to 230C/450F/Gas 8.
Spread the mincemeat over the ready-made, ready-rolled pastry sheet and sprinkle with the cranberries and apple.
Roll up the sheet from both ends, so that they meet in the middle.
Slice into 1cm/½in thick pieces and place onto an oiled baking sheet. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked and golden.
