Method
                      -                  In a pestle and mortar, grind the spices. 
-                  Heat the oil in a pan and cook out the spices for 1-2 minutes. 
-                  Add the tomatoes, beans, chilli, sugar, lemon juice and a splash of water and simmer gently for 5-8 minutes. 
-                  Pour into a bowl and top with yoghurt, coriander and avocado. 
                          Ingredients
                          -  pinch cumin seeds
-  pinch dried chilli
-  1 tbsp olive oil
-  ½ tin of cherry tomatoes
-  200g/7oz mixed beans
-  ¼ chilli chopped
-  pinch sugar
-  squeeze lemon juice
-  splash of water
-  Greek-style yoghurt
-  handful coriander 
-  ½ avocado, sliced
