Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas6
Roll the marzipan squares to 1cm/½in thickness.
Place the two 12-inch squares of layered filo pastry onto a floured surface. Brush each pastry square with melted butter.
Place one marzipan square in the centre of each pastry square.
Place a peach half flat-side down on top of each marzipan square.
Fold in the corners, making sure each peach in the centre is visible.
Brush with the melted butter and transfer to a baking tray. Bake for six minutes.
To serve, place on a plate with a dusting of icing sugar.
