Mango with chilli

Method


  1. Preheat the grill to high.

  2. Criss-cross the mango flesh, then turn the mango half inside out to make a 'hedgehog' shape.

  3. Sprinkle over the chopped chilli, mixed spice and honey.

  4. Place the mango onto a baking sheet then place under the grill for 2-3 minutes.

  5. To serve, place the mango onto a plate.

Ingredients

  • ½ mango
  • ½ chilli, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
