Method


  1. Blend together the cocktail ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Pour into a Martini glass with a lime slice to garnish.

  • 1 lime, peeled and sliced
  • 140g/5oz ice
  • ½ miniature vodka
  • 55g/2oz icing sugar
  • Lime slice, to garnish
