Slice the steak into really thin strips.

Lay on a plate and top with the lemon segments, sesame seeds, coriander, soy sauce and deep-fried leeks.

Serve raw.

- 100g/3½oz sirloin steak
- 1 lemon, segmented
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- handful fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ leek, cut into thin strips and deep fried, to garnish
