Method

Sweat down the red pepper and garlic in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes.

Add the honey and then the hot water, simmer for about 1 minute.

Blend the mixture and slowly add the olive oil to a smooth sauce consistency. Pass the dressing through a sieve, season and use.

- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 tsp clear honey
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup hot water
- olive oil, to blend
