Method


  1. Mix the ingredients together and leave to infuse at room temperature for 1-2 days before using.

  • 200ml/7fl oz water
  • 200ml/7fl oz olive oil
  • 55ml/2fl oz tarragon vinegar
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 garlic clove
