Griddled spiced mango with honey, lime and chilli

Method


  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

  2. Place the mango on a small non-stick baking tray.

  3. Drizzle the mango with the olive oil and sprinkle over the chilli flakes, honey and lime juice.

  4. Place the mango under the hot grill for 3-4 minutes, or until golden-brown.

  5. To serve, garnish with lime wedges and dust with icing sugar.

  • ½ mango, stone removed and flesh scored
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • ½ lime, juice only
  • 2 lime wedges, to garnish
  • icing sugar, for dusting
