Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
Place the potato chips onto a baking tray. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the paprika. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place into the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes.
<strong> For the fondue </strong>
Heat the double cream in a saucepan. Add the cheese, mustard and cumin and cook until the cheese melts.
Serve the fondue with the fat chips.
