Chocolate fondue with kebabs

Method


  1. For the fondue, in a bain-marie over a low heat melt the chocolate and butter together. Add the brandy.

  2. Stir through the cream, honey and cocoa powder.

  3. Place into a serving dish.

  4. For the kebabs, thread the pears and raspberries onto the skewers, alternating one another.

  5. Place the kebabs around the bowl of chocolate fondue and serve.

Ingredients

For fondue

  • 25g/1oz dark chocolate
  • 25g/1oz butter
  • 25ml/1fl oz brandy
  • 50g/1¾oz cocoa powder
  • 120ml/4 ¼fl oz; double cream
  • 3 tbsp honey

For the kebabs

  • 2 pears, cut into cubes
  • 100g/3½oz raspberries
