Chocolate fondue with kebabs

Method

For the fondue, in a bain-marie over a low heat melt the chocolate and butter together. Add the brandy.

Stir through the cream, honey and cocoa powder.

Place into a serving dish.

For the kebabs, thread the pears and raspberries onto the skewers, alternating one another.

Place the kebabs around the bowl of chocolate fondue and serve.
Ingredients
For fondue
- 25g/1oz dark chocolate
- 25g/1oz butter
- 25ml/1fl oz brandy
- 50g/1¾oz cocoa powder
- 120ml/4 ¼fl oz; double cream
- 3 tbsp honey
For the kebabs
- 2 pears, cut into cubes
- 100g/3½oz raspberries
