Method

Place the chilli, peanut butter, water, soy sauce, sesame oil and seeds into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Thread the chicken chunks onto two wooden skewers and drizzle with the oil.

To serve, place the satay sauce into a small bowl. Place the chicken skewers onto a plate with the sauce alongside.
Ingredients
- ½ red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- splash water
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ½ ready-cooked chicken breast, cut into chunks
- drizzle of olive oil, to serve
