Method

Empty the contents of the can and the lemon juice into a liquidiser and blend until smooth.
Stir in the cream. Pour into an ice cream machine, churn and freeze.

Â½ lemon, juice only

1 large (800g/1Â¾lb) tin peaches in syrup

500ml/16fl oz double cream
