Method

Place all of the ingredients except the ciabatta and oil into a bowl and mix together gently.

To serve, spoon the tuna mixture onto the ciabatta and drizzle with the olive oil.
Ingredients
- 110g/4oz fresh tuna steak, finely chopped
- ½ lemon, juice only
- ¼ onion, finely chopped
- ¼ red pepper, finely chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 thick slice ciabatta, toasted
- olive oil, to drizzle
