Heat the vegetable oil in a medium frying pan.
Fry the chicken fillets for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in ½ tsp sesame oil, the honey and soy and cook until the chicken caramelises.
Place a griddle pan on the heat.
Griddle the spring onions on both sides until well charred.
Add the lime juice and water to the chicken. Remove the pan from the heat.
Drizzle the remaining sesame oil over the spring onions, then sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
Serve the teriyaki chicken on a bed of griddled spring onions.
