These healthy sundaes are packed with oats, yoghurt and fruit. Try them as a quick summer dessert.
Method

Mix the oats, orange juice, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds together in a bowl and set aside for 15 minutes, or until the oats have soaked up all the juice.

Divide the oat mixture between two small glasses, then add a layer of banana. Spoon in the yoghurt, then top with the berries.

- 50g/2oz rolled oats
- 50ml/2fl oz orange juice
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 60g/2¼oz Greek-style yoghurt
- 60g/2¼oz mixed berries
