Herbal and citrus flavours combine in style in master mixologist Wayne Collins' delicious cocktail.
Method

Place the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and stir.

Strain the cocktail into a large wine glass, top with prosecco and garnish with fresh summer berries, and slices of orange and lemon.
Ingredients
- 15ml/½fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- 15ml/½fl oz limoncello
- 25ml/¾fl oz Galliano
- 25ml/¾fl oz Aperol
- prosseco, to fill glass
To garnish
- summer berries
- orange slice
