Spinach salad with dolcelatte

Method

Place the vinegar and olive oil together in a bowl and whisk together.

Pour the dressing over the spinach leaves and red pepper and mix together to coat well.

To serve, place the salad into a clean bowl and sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Crumble the dolcelatte over the top and serve.
Ingredients
For the dressing
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
For the salad
- 140g/5oz baby spinach leaves
- 1 roasted red pepper from a jar, drained and sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 55g/2oz dolcelatte
