Spinach salad with dolcelatte

Method


  1. Place the vinegar and olive oil together in a bowl and whisk together.

  2. Pour the dressing over the spinach leaves and red pepper and mix together to coat well.

  3. To serve, place the salad into a clean bowl and sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Crumble the dolcelatte over the top and serve.

Ingredients

For the dressing

  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil

For the salad

  • 140g/5oz baby spinach leaves
  • 1 roasted red pepper from a jar, drained and sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 55g/2oz dolcelatte
