Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Trim the end of the rosemary stalks to a point and remove most of the leaves.
Thread a tomato, pepper piece and sausage onto a rosemary stalk. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and rosemary stalks. Put the kebabs onto the baking tray.
Mix the honey and mustard together in a bowl, then brush the mixture onto the kebabs.
Roast the kebabs for 18-20 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through.
