From Something for the Weekend
Feel festive with this lively vanilla vodka cocktail.

Method


  1. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake hard.

  2. Strain the drink into a martini glass, garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

Ingredients

  • 35ml/1½fl oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 tbsp apple liqueur
  • 1 tbsp triple sec
  • 25ml/1fl oz cranberry juice
  • 2 clementine segments

To garnish

  • lemon zest
