Salmon udon noodles

Method


  1. Heat the stock in a saucepan until simmering, then add the spring onions and continue to simmer for five minutes.

  2. Add the noodles and simmer for a further five minutes.

  3. Add the salmon pieces and simmer for a further five minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

  4. To serve, pour the broth into a bowl and drizzle with the soy sauce and sesame oil.

  • 250ml/10fl oz chicken stock
  • 2 spring onions, cut in half
  • 110g/4oz ready-made udon noodles
  • 110g/4oz salmon fillet, skin removed, chopped
  • drizzle sesame oil, to serve
  • drizzle soy sauce, to serve
