Method

Mash half of the raspberries with the sugar, torn mint leaves, and squeeze of half a lemon.

Pour into the bottom of a jug.

Pour in the cranberry juice, red wine, and some ice.

Top with lemonade, raspberries, a few slices of lemon, and mint leaves.

- 1 litre/1 pint 15fl oz fruity red wine
- 300ml/10½fl oz cranberry juice
- small punnet of raspberries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 lemon
- lemonade
- 2 large sprigs of mint
- ice
