Raspberry and redcurrant sorbet
Prep time 30 mins to 1 hour
Cook time 30 mins to 1 hour
Makes about 1l/1>pint
Crush and sieve the fruit, then stir in the icing sugar.
Pour into an ice cream machine or make granita style if you don t.
- 500g/1lb2oz raspberries
- 500g/1lb2oz redcurrants
- 250g/9oz icing sugar
