Place the tortilla in a wide frying pan.
Mix all of the remaining ingredients together in a bowl, then place the mixture onto one half of the tortilla. Fold over the tortilla half to cover the filling and place the pan over a medium heat and cook until base of tortilla is golden-brown. Carefully turn over the tortilla and brown other side.
To serve, place onto a warm plate and cut in half to allow the filling to ooze out slightly.
