From Ready Steady Cook
Mix together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, tomato purée and chilli flakes.
In a wok, heat the oil and add the garlic. Stir fry for one minute.
Add the pineapple and stir fry for another minute.
Pour over the sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle with coriander to serve.
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce

- pinch chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ pineapple, chopped
- handful fresh coriander, chopped
