Pear, cheese and tomato stack

Method

Arrange the pear slices on a serving plate and scatter over the orange zest.

Combine the cream cheese and chopped lemon verbena leaves in a bowl. Place a slice of tomato on top of the pear and top with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat with the remaining tomato and cheese, alternating the layers.

Garnish with the chives and serve.

- ½ pear, cored, thinly sliced on a mandoline
- ½ orange, zest only
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped lemon verbena leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- fresh chives, to garnish
