Pan-fried tuna with salsa rossa

Method


  1. Fry the tuna steaks for a couple of minutes on each side.

  2. Mix the salsa ingredients in a bowl; add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of crunchy sea salt. Serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks

For the salsa

  • 1 garlic clove, pasted
  • 1 red pepper, roasted, peeled and diced
  • 2 leaves radicchio, shredded
  • handful basil, chopped
  • handful mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 small chilli, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 anchovy fillets, roughly chopped
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped into small dice
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • pinch sea salt
