Pan-fried tuna with salsa rossa

Fry the tuna steaks for a couple of minutes on each side.

Mix the salsa ingredients in a bowl; add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of crunchy sea salt. Serve.
Ingredients
For the salsa
- 1 garlic clove, pasted
- 1 red pepper, roasted, peeled and diced
- 2 leaves radicchio, shredded
- handful basil, chopped
- handful mint, chopped
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 small chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 anchovy fillets, roughly chopped
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped into small dice
- 1 lemon, juice only
- pinch sea salt
