Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
In a blini pan or a small frying pan place the orange, cranberries, honey and sugar. Cook on a high heat for two minutes until golden.
To make the topping, using a food processor blend together the butter, brown sugar, flour and oats until lumpy.
Scatter this mixture over the crumble base.
Place in the preheated oven for eight minutes.
Serve hot from the oven.
