For the sauce, place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.

To serve, place the coriander in a small bowl, add the langoustines, spoon over the sauce and garnish with the lemon wedges.
Ingredients
For the sauce
- 100g/3½oz Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp double cream
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- ½ lemon, juice only
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
To serve
- handful fresh coriander
- 4 langoustines, cooked and peeled
- 2 lemon wedges
