Japanese-style carpaccio

Method


  1. Slice the steak into really thin strips.

  2. Lay on a plate and top with the lemon segments, sesame seeds, coriander, soy sauce and deep-fried leeks.

  3. Serve raw.

Ingredients

  • 100g/3½oz sirloin steak
  • 1 lemon, segmented
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • handful fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ leek, cut into thin strips and deep fried, to garnish
